[Osmf-talk] Survey plans on membership prerequisites decision

Hi,
I think it needs to be more open in terms of 'contribution' - if we have
someone who is very keen to see OSM continue to succeed, but their area
of interest is the legal side of things, on which they give advice or
guidance, then that is acceptable to me. But does it need to be wider
than that, and if so, what sort of contribution is acceptable and over
what period of time?
