[Osmf-talk] Survey plans on membership prerequisites decision

Survey Design:
I'm happy with the 3 question design.
Short, to the point and open-ended.
Send it out.

People will of course have things to say, but now is not the time.
I'll contribute my thoughts on the issue when answering Q3 on the form.
