For typical donation amounts, the difference in fees for bank transfers 
is not worth the additional costs of processing bank transfers and 
having the banking information out on the internet. This is particularly 
true for membership fees, where if you pay with Paypal it doesn't 
require any manual processing, but a bank transfer requires manual 
processing by multiple people to update the membership information.

There's a lot of work in fundraising, and if there aren't qualified 
volunteers wanting to work on it, we need to pay someone to do so.
