Steve, you are right the scope of the strategy is very broad. It is in fact quite long term looking.
You are wrong in your conclusions about the current work of the OSMF Board as "farcical". You do have a point that we have a lot to do and that's it hard to organize to do it all.
We have moved quite a lot in a few months and are geared up to accomplish quite a bit ahead of us. Part of that is reorganizing our action items in a way that is easier for us to track and hold to account.
I would love to have your support in the work we are doing on the Board. Please note that your categorizations of us on this thread and elsewhere are not helpful. I could think of many ways you could frame the point here in a way that contributed to what we're all trying to do for OpenStreetMap.
I'm happy to talk directly if you are interested to understand in higher fidelity view of what is happening in OSMF these days.

There seems to be a large cadence mismatch between the thousands of actions in the document and the last board meeting which was a (almost farcical) long list of reasons why board members hadn’t completed any of their actions.
Maybe you could cut it down to 1 or 2 actions which have an a chance of being accomplished?
Best

We cannot follow all of the discussions on all social media ourselves but we do care to hear your voices.
