[Osmf-talk] Alternative Strategic Plan

Thanks, Steve.

I'm away from a proper screen. It would be useful to compare and contrast
this with the 'other' Strategic Plan. I'm guessing there will be some
requirements that we have to meet, to interoperate with the community
outside of the UK.

I wonder about the earlier comments about people giving excuses for not
completing actions, and whether we can incentivise this in a different way.
Probably a question for the implementation, rather than the strategy.
