Personally, no - for me "validation" is an organised process where edits 
*have* to go through a certain pipeline to be "validated" in the end.

Local mappers commenting on your changesets, or not, based on what they 
happen to look at - I wouldn't call that validation. I'd rather use the 
term "feedback".
