[Osmf-talk] Applications creating notes

Just to make it clear my personal opinion: yes, it is a bad idea to
encourage developers to just dump notes.

(Suggestions to encourage a more heavy use should carefully consider the
reasons for the horror cases, so we can learn from the past.)
