Could a code of conduct for closing notes (I just mean manually) in the
wiki ameliorate the flood of notes? Does it exist already? How about
just linking from the website openstreetmap.org and maybe iD to such a
page? This could encourage people just closing redundant or cryptic notes?
Greetings, Sebastian
