[Osmf-talk] Treasurer's Report

Could the board clarify some of the things that were implied in this 
thread that would be quite worrying if they were actual policy, and not 
just a misunderstanding?

For example the implied intention to draw down the OSMFs reserves to 
zero. I'm sure this is not what is planned but, it sure reads as if that 
is the idea.
