Do you mean https://osm-analytics.org/#/ ?

It has "Last Data Update: 4 months ago" in map legend.

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Analytics has some
info about who runs it, so contacting them would be a good first step
(it is not run by OpenStreetMap Foundation).
