I am not sure if business card is the right word, but for example as a
member of the Swiss Alpine Club I get a yearly card (quite flimsy, punches
out of a letter with laminate) that is nice to have.
In the Italian Alpine Club there is a membership booklet that is a bit like
a passport where you add a small postage-like stamp for each year that you
renew.
Either way, it's a nice idea. Worth adding $2 or such to get a card, maybe.
