[Osmf-talk] Awareness on Membership software (CiviCRM) issues under Membership WG and Board review

That opens a lot more questions than it answers.  Among others:

* when did the problem start to occur?
* how many memberships are affected?
* does the board intend to expel members based on this under §17-21 of 
the AoA?

And given the repeated occurrence of severe issues with the membership 
management of the OSMF it might worth considering that a proper 
operational management of the membership database and the membership 
application processing with systematic testing of any configuation 
changes before deployment might be advisable.

(Side note: It seems rather odd given the prevalence of people with a 
professional technical IT background in the OSMF that i am the one 
making this suggestion).
