Sorry to hear about this! Thanks for the update. We've had similar issues
with CiviCRM in the past affecting our elections due to bugs like this w/
3rd party integrations.
If the org can swing it, I would highly suggest upgrading to a more robust
CRM. It's really helpful for organizational management, and saves a lot of
time.
