[Osmf-talk] Awareness on Membership software (CiviCRM) issues under Membership WG and Board review

I live in Canada so PAYPAL charges me in Canadian dollars and adds fees 
such as a fair chunk of change to the exchange rate.  I have a European 
bank account that I can pay directly from and that's much cheaper for me.

Basically it's the same for anyone paying by PAYPAL unless they pay 
paypal in sterling.
