[Osmf-talk] Websites using OSMF tile servers without attribution can now be easily reported

note that while they likely need to attribute OSM properly
and maybe should fix their app (I do not remember it) but
before sending issues to this reporting tool, please check
are they using OSMF tile servers

If website/app has insufficient attribution then it can be listed
at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Insufficient_attribution
(AllTrails Android App is listed there already so if you contacted them
you can update last contact and last check dates)
