Actually, I'd suggest that the forum (specifically 
https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/osmf/41 ) might be a better place 
for most or all of these discussions.  More people will see them, and 
people who's first language is not English will be able to benefit from 
on-the-fly translation.  Authentication is via the OSM site so everyone 
with an account has access.
