[Osmf-talk] New AoA for Belgian Entity

It seems slightly weird that I'm pointing this out and that the board 
has not communicated this to the OSMF members, but there is a version of 
the proposed articles available for comment here 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/EU_Articles_of_Association_Pass_2.

A cursory glance at the text doesn't turn up anything surprising outside 
of the noted, but otherwise uncommented, removal of corporate 
membership. Now it can be argued that it was always only symbolic, but 
sometimes symbols are important. In particular it was the vehicle for 
reforming and stabilising the OSMFs finances back in 2013, and the board 
will need to explain how it wants to replace the membership status with 
a facility that provides at least the same amount of income.
