[osmosis-dev] 0.32 Released

Hi All,

I just packaged up a 0.32 release of Osmosis.  It has been a long time
coming.  It is the first release into the Public Domain, and incorporates
the new transaction id based replication tasks.

The transaction based replication has involved a huge number of changes and
is the main reason for the 6 month delay between releases.  Hopefully with
that out of the way more regular releases with smaller enhancements will be
possible.  I haven't updated the wiki yet with the various new tasks but
will try to do so over the next few days.
