[osmosis-dev] osmosis-plugin in libosm svn:head

I checked in a new artifact generated my the ant
"dist"-target in Traveling Salesman/LibOSM.
It build a zip-file in dist that contains an osmosis-plugin
for the "--write-osmbin-0.5" -task.
(Beware that the osmbin file-format is not finished yet.
It will be ready when api0.6 is out and this task will
 change to -0.6)

See the wiki on where to copy it for installation on
your operating-system.
