[osmosis-dev] maintaining history

I'm maintaining historic snapshots of OSM data in Slovenia [1] to
illustrate local OSM growth.
There are excerpts from all 0.5 planet dumps, but I'd like to extend
that to version 0.4 planets also (during 0.3 times and earlier our
area was most likely full of dragons). I plan to keep historic data
excerpts in original format (0.4, 0.5...) and converted to current
version (whatever future brings).

My question is:
Which SVN revision would still support reading and writing 0.4, making
an excerpt and saving it in 0.5 format (or is there jar with version
0.21 available somewhere). SVN tags are used only since version 0.28.
