Can you try again now?  It's working here.

It's a google server.  Perhaps they had an outage when you tried ...

I'm hesitant to check it in because I only provide it as a convenience 
and it's not always up to date.  The proper way to create the schema is 
using the rails_port schema creation scripts (ie. the rake db:migrate 
command).  At least the last four schema migrations are not included in 
the script, although they probably won't affect you.
