[osmosis-dev] Osmbin-support

Hello Brett,
with Traveling Salesman 0.9.8 I updated to Osmosis 0.30.2 .

* the libosm-plugin for osmosis now has support for your new
Dataset-API for writing, reading and updating data in osmbin -format
(instead of just reading)
* the plugin names the osmosis-version it was build for and should not
be loaded with incompatible newer or older versions.
* quite some bugfixes
