But it does not work. Work mean, that the license protects the database
but as OSM uses CC-BY-SA which is not applicable for databases, the
current OSM Database *is not protected by it*. It is a non-option to
keep it that way.

It does not do what it should. Of course the servers keep running and
the maps keep rendering no matter what the license is, but the current
license does not accomplish what it's meant to be: protecting the database.
But I wont discuss that over and over again. If you want, fork. If you
can't leave. Thank you.
