[osmosis-dev] How to merge 2 osm files

yup,
groundtruth is able to know the files it needs in the sub directories.
please share what text is included for this .bat file that needs to be made.
it could be handy for others to see a section on the wiki sharing how
this is done.
osmosis is a very good tool, and the wiki shares what the main functions are.
it also asumes that the user has certain programs already loaded and
certain platforns to run.
mkgmap.jar requests that the user tells the command where the jar file
is hiding.
also, please specify with osmosis.jar to download as there is a .bz2
listed. what is the difference, what platform does it require?
