[osmosis-dev] Unexpected Database Migration

Thanks Shaun, I don't think it was in git when I checked last time.

I didn't realise I sent this to the osmosis-dev list.  I meant to send it to
the main dev list.  Oh well :-)

Anyway, now I can fix the Osmosis on horntail and stop the warning emails
occurring every minute ...
