[osmosis-dev] Maven artifacts, using Osmosis as a library, OSMembrane

Somehow the mavenizing work completely slipped my mind after getting
sidetracked by some other projects...

I would have needed osmosis as a library when I was still actively working
with the OpenSeaMap project, but as I said... getting sidetracked :-)

I'd love to have a look at what you are having there and maybe start
contributing again. And maybe restart the hudson build jobs on my machine
so that the resulting artifacts are deployed to sonatype. But I can't
promise anything before the weekend.
