[osmosis-dev] bound/bounds element in OSM XML

yes, that seems so, I never found a bound except in Osmosis. That being 
said, even the <bounds> element is grossly underspecified. No API page 
describes the <bounds> element, it only appears in the example on the 
OSM XML wiki page, and even then without an "origin" attribute. The 
linked DTDs don't mention it.

So in the end both <bound> and <bounds> are equally "right" or "wrong". 
  The <bounds> only seems more "right" because the current rails port 
happens to return it :)
