The problem is these files are located in old SVN revisions and 
therefore can't be edited anymore. These files contain a copyright hint 
saying "Project licensed under Creative Commons License". We'd just like 
to point out that these are invalid and the GPL applies to these *old 
revisions* as well.
All files in current revisions are correctly labeled with GPL.
