[osmosis-dev] osmpbf v1.1.1 jar released. It should fix the PBF-on-windows issues.

Ok, I've build successful on opensuse 10.2.
And a test on Win7 with 4.9 GB europe.pbf
was also successful.

Someone reported that the newest shapshot is also okay.
