Brett: I'll send you directly the full output, which I sent to the
list on 12 Jan but which got held in moderation by the list because
was too large.

Yes, I'm very willing to change to whatever is the recommended way of
doing it. I've just added extra small countries on to this process as
interest in CycleStreets has grown.
