umm, I have a little trouble understanding your question. In the scripts 
folder you can find all the scripts specific to Osmosis. They contain 
database schemas for PostgreSQL. All of those scripts are written in 
SQL, naturally.

What kind of scripts are you looking for? What do you mean by "SQL" and 
"initializing SQL"? SQL ist a language, you cannot "initialize" it :) 
Are you trying to use database server software different from 
PostgreSQL, maybe?
