Okay, that's interesting. We really need to dig into those particular
ways, and trace exactly what happened. To do that, we need to start by
knowing which changeset you were trying to apply at the time. From there
we can trace back and figure out why you didn't already have that entity in
your database.
Can you give some more information on your database? Which planet did you
initialise it with. Which changeset did you begin replication from? Then
when you get an error, we need to know which changeset you were applying at
the time.
