[osmosis-dev] Gradle Build Scripts

Hi All,

I've just pushed my gradle-based build changes to the main Git repository.
https://github.com/openstreetmap/osmosis

Please note that if you're using Eclipse you will need to run "./gradlew
eclipse" before you can open the projects.  It may be a good idea to run
"./gradlew cleanEclipse" first to ensure there are no modified eclipse
files lying around.

If you have any problems please let me know.
