[osmosis-dev] Problem while extracting boundaries (osmosis 0.41)

Hi Dmitry,

If both inputs for the merge are coming from the same thread (e.g. using 
the tee task followed by the merge task), Osmosis may experience 
deadlock and the operation will never finish. For an example of how to
