[osmosis-dev] applying diffs to the new planet

Hi!

I downloaded the ODbL-Planet (PBF-format). How can apply ALL the
(hourly-)diffs? How should the stat-file look like? If I use the
state-file 001.state.txt this means, that I have already the first
diff installed.

So I tried without a state-file. But after the first run (maxInterval
= 172800 (=2 days)) the new sequence-number is 98. This doesn't look
ccorrectrect.
