[osmosis-dev] Error reading API DB with --rd

There was a change made to the apidb schema around November 2011.  The
Osmosis code change was made on November 2nd.  This was after 0.39 was
released (April 2011), but prior to 0.40 being released (December 2011).

You will need to either continue using Osmosis 0.39 with your old schema,
or upgrade your schema to the latest version.

Which wiki page(s) are you expecting to see the apidb schema changes
described on?
