Is there a reason you're not using the pre-compiled version?

The errors you're receiving are unusual.  I see the following message in
your logs.

org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.OsmosisRuntimeException: Cannot load
JPF-plugin 'org.mapsforge.MapFileWriter' for extensionpoint 'Task'


Do you have some custom Osmosis plugins installed somewhere?
