[osmosis-dev] Error: Could not find or load main class org.codehaus.classworlds.Launcher

Hi

New to osmosis. Loaded the most recent stable version. Upgraded Java 
runtime to latest build of version 8

I followed the instructions here: 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmosis/keep_a_local_copy_of_a_.osm_file_updated_using_minutely_updates

So ran:

osmosis --rrii

This is the error it returned:

Could not find or load main class org.codehaus.classworlds.Launcher

I'm not sue how to locate it. Any idea for a solution?
