That looks like a mistake.  The detailed usage link should link to the
latest release, not the development version.

Yes, probably.  I just need to do it.

If you are interested in doing it yourself, let me know.  The most
complicated part is publishing libraries to Maven Central.  It's all
automated, but you need to get access to Sonatype systems.
