[osmosis-dev] Upload OSM Files to private Server

Explain your toolchain. For the above to work you would have to run:

* the OSM website ("rails port")
* Osmosis regularly generating diffs from the PostgreSQL instance behind
the website
* osm2pgsql regularly importing these diffs into your rendering database
* renderd/tirex + mod_tile to make updated tiles from your rendering
database

Do you have all these components?
