[OSRM-talk] debugging osrm server

I pulled down a copy of the Project-OSRM-Web, and managed to get it to work
with that.
Not sure what is different in the curl requests, I'll see if I can spot
something, but it's either a documentation typo or a me error.
More than likely a me error.
