The mapping here looks odd, there is a service road connected only via a
footpath. From looking at bing in iD I would suggest that Norfolk
Crescent is a service road, it is certainly not a path as there are cars
parked on it. I would suggest it needs a proper survey, the mapping
looks broken.

The position is in the middle of the building, I would expect to route
to Marylebone Road. However the nearest road (assuming all the barriers
and access restrictions are correct on York Terrace West) is a one way
road leading away from the point. This is clearly wrong and it should
also share access restrictions with York Terrace West.

Again it needs a survey, but why have you picked that point?

The nearest points are footpaths, and the mapping looks right here. I
would not expect the car profile to be able to route this one, I am
assuming you are not using a foot profile?

Again an odd place to pick.
