[OSRM-talk] Turn By Turn Navigation

Hello,

from the OSRM API I can see that I get instructions when I request a route.
Now in a mobile app, I want to provide turn-by-turn-navigation to the user. Querying and displaying the route is straight forward, but I cannot find any resources on how to implement navigation with user instructions.
How can I, given the GPS coordinates by the end device, determine my position relative to the route? What do I have to do to be able to display something like "400m, then turn left", and update this instruction continuously?
