[OSRM-talk] Exclude bridge from OSRM calculation

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for the response! I was checking the car.lua and I will keep looking
into it, but I think this would work for a generalized restriction. But I
don't want to exclude all bridges, I want to exclude some specific ones
(detected as collapsed).
