[OSRM-talk] OSRM - MVT Files By Lat & Long

Your request isn't clear - multiple MVT tiles cover any given coordinate,
which tile you need depends on what zoom level you are interested in.

OSRM has no api to answer the question "given a lon/lat, what tiles cover
it" - all you need for that is a simple formula for "Web Mercator Tiles"
which is described here:
