[OSRM-talk] No bike routing by the osrm router possible.

Thanks Maarten.
That there is a 'penalty' for grade 5 is correct but 0 is of course not
desirable.
By the way, this stretch of road is almost always perfectly passable even
with a city bike.
In summer, a stretch can be a bit too sandy but then you have to push the
bike (a few meters)
Who can change that infinite penalty this so to allow bike (online) routing
here pse ?
The total results including the instructions on the further cycling route
are otherwise fine.
