For the avoidance of doubt, I should point out that cycling is predominantly

(a) transport and/or
(b) recreation

and not
(c) sport

So unless you're mapping the Tour de France route, cycle mapping should 
continue to be discussed in the places it's always been discussed, as 
it's unreasonable for something that has been (and continues to be) so 
crucial to OSM mappers and users to be shunted off to a little list like 
this one.
