[Party] Conference Planning

Hello,

I've taken a good look at Pentabarf.  It is basically an
administrative interface to a database that manages conference
timings, alerts you about conflicts etc.  It is definitely going to be
useful, but its going to need a site sitting on top of it to act as a
gateway.  Like this:

Click Call for Participation > Submit a Paper   and you are redirected
to pentabarf, that's how it works.

So basically we need to stick a front end together pretty quickly.
This could be done with some links from the wiki, at least for the
time being.

What do people think?  Anyone fancy knocking up a page for this?
