I just sent the PR to Venue and the Evening Post.

I retitled it:

"From Docks to Downs: Mapping Bristol's streets and networks"

Other changes from what's on the wiki:

* added myself and Steve as contacts
* deleted Andy Robinson
* split the final paragraph before "We hope" and appended this to the 
now penultimate para:

"Excellent street plans for central London, Cambridge, central Oxford 
and the Isle of Wight have been produced entirely from OSM data. In 
August 2006, Bath had  its own highly successful mapping weekend. But 
now it’s Bristol’s turn!"
