[Party] Advance notice - Winchester Mapping Party

Further to my email last week I've been in touch with people at work to try 
and get a venue for the weekend of October 13th/14th for a party to map 
Winchester, one of the few places in south Hampshire with not much mapping 
(the other is Portsmouth, but hopefully something can be done about that at 
the SoC conference....)

The venue is not confirmed yet, but at the moment this will be the likely 
weekend. More details to follow.
